About:
I am an Illustration student at the Academy of Art University, located in San Francisco. Three years ago, I started painting digitally and haven't looked back. I prefer drawing in sketchbooks (and then scanning my drawings in to paint them digitally) rather than using real canvas and paint. In my work, I strive to create digital art that has a tactile quality. I try to incorporate mistakes into my work and let those enrich the piece. This is why I love using Corel Painter. The program allows for glitches and brush irregularities to live with the more perfect parts of a painting.
